History

The grapes were harvested in the cool hours of the morning to enhance freshness and primary aromas. The fruit was destemmed and gently pressed. The must was clarified then transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation occurred at low temperatures.

Tasting Note

Produced with Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Castelão grapes. Rosé wine with fresh strawberry and raspberry aromas, fresh and very well-balanced. Finishes elegant and pleasant.

Drink it as an appetizer or with light Summer meals.
