History

WineMaking

The hand-picked fruit was sorted and totally destemmed on arrival at the winery and extended    maceration. The fermentation occurred at 25ºC, during 8 days.

Tasting Note

Ruby colour. Generous red berries and plums with hints of spice and tobacco aromas. Warm and balanced palate where ripe blackcurrant flavours are combined with silky and smooth tannins.
