The grapes from the best plots were selected and destemmed. Made with slight cold maceration at a temperature of 16º.

Tasting Note

Citrus colour wine with plum and apricot aromas with minerality hints.  Fresh on the mouthfeel with balanced acidity.

Food Suggestions

Montaria it is ideal to accompany oily fish and seafood. Try it with salmon, bass and trout grilled or roasted in the oven. Excellent combination with grilled seafood with garlic, onion or pepper.
