Our grapes were carefully selected and totally destemmed on arrival at the winery. “Lagares” with mechanical foot treading were used for fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was transferred into a combination of half French and half American oak barrels for a 10 months ageing.
Dark ruby colour. Red fruit layered with tobacco and peppermint aromas. The palate has rich plum and earthy flavours, pepper and spice characters. Structured palate with silky tannins. Velvety finish.
