Mula Velha White Wine

History

In this region quite different wine profiles are made, due to the diversity of reliefs and micro climates, in several places of the region. The proximity with the capital, provides an increase of knowledge of these wines with  temperate maritime influence, like the bordeaux profile. Many national and international specialists bet on the wines of Lisbon as one of the most interesting regions along with a great future.

Selected grapes were carefully pick up and totally destemmed upon arriving on the cellar. The fermentation occured in vats with robotic pump over with a controlled temperature at 15ºC.

Tasting Note

Citrus color wine, with fruity and fresh aromas. Good acidity and well-balanced in the mouth, with a very pleasant aftertaste.

Food Suggestions

The Mula Velha White will pair perfectly with a quite gourmet or for a late afternoon. Perfect with Poached Salmon with corn and butter sauce or Steamed clams with bacon and parsnips.
