Casa das Gaeiras, in Óbidos, was established in 1790 and has a long and great tradition in the Lisbon wine region. The excellent terroir allows the winemakers to create top quality wines, recognized national and internationally.
Our noble Vital grapes were picked in the cool of the morning, blended and submitted to cold soaking during 24 hours before being pressed, always protected from oxidation. The juice was then clarified and fermented in French oak barrels.
This citrus colored wine presents intense and well defined aromas, with notes of stone fruit and fresh asparagus. In the mouth it surprises with its fruit, structure and persistence.
Raw vegetables with olive oil dip (pinzimonio), pasta with light sauces, white meats and soft cheeses.
