The grapes were picked in the cool hours of the morning to enhance freshness and primary aromas. The fruit was destemmed but not crushed, chilled down and held on skins for 12 hours. A slow cool ferment lasted for 3 weeks. During bottling was carbonated at 1 bar pressure.
Slightly bubbly. This is a fun, lighthearted wine meant to be taste young and fresh. The nose has expressive aromas of redberries. A crisp and aromatics mouth feel on the finish.
Serve as an aperitif or with a delicious Smoked salmon pâté, fig and goat’s cheese.
