History

Alentejo, this beautiful land where tranquility and greatness come together. The vast fields, vineyards, olive trees and the whitewashed houses  in the villages make this place unique. This wine reflects the essence of this Region, in a calm moment of complicity between men and their animals, companions in the field, all surrounded by the beauty and mystery of this region´s landscape.

WineMaking

The best grapes are carefully selected, from our best vineyards, in northern Alentejo. Harvested during the firsts hours, early in the morning, to keep the freshness. The grapes are totally destemmed and submitted to cold maceration during 24 hours. Fermented occurred at controlled temperatures in tanks and matured in fine lees. Fined, filtered and bottled to maintain its clean and crisp flavours. 

Tasting Note

Citrus colour, stone fruit aromas (plum and apricot) with minerality hints. Fresh on the mouthfeel with a balanced acidity.

Food Suggestions

Our Montaria white matches perfectly with Barbecued King Prawns with papaya and chilli relish or Agnolotti with salsa rossa.
