Quinta do Gradil has a long and rich history, which can be traced back in the 18th century. The finest terroir of Lisbon wine region and the experience of the past together with the most advanced technology are reflected in our wines.
Produced from de the Syrah and Touriga Nacional, grapes grown in well-drainned slope clay soils. Fermentation ocurred in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18ºC during 12 days after cold skin maceration.
When tasted one finds distinct aromas with a predominance of red fruits and berries, which balance well in the mouth. A good acidity and freshness integrate perfectly in the structure of the wine.
Perfect with fresh summer dishes, sushi, sashimi and white meat dishes.
