Quinta do Gradil has a long and rich history, which can be traced back in the 18th century. The finest terroir of Lisbon wine region and the experience of the past together with the most advanced technology are reflected in our wines.
The grapes were hand-picked, carefully selected and 100% destemmed at the winery. The fermentation occurred in small stainless steel tanks “lagares” with food treading with a controlled temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation aged during 14 months in new French oak barrels.
Ruby colour. Complex wood berries aromas with refined peppermint hints. Full bodied palate, tight tannins perfectly in balance with its acidity showing a promising development on the next years. Deep and long finish.
Our Quinta do Gradil Reserva would pair perfectly with Chargrilled beef with baby cos, mint and halloumi or Spiced chickpeas with lemon and garlic marinated lamb.
