Alentejo, this beautiful land where tranquility and greatness come together. The vast fields, vineyards, olive trees and the whitewashed houses in the villages make this place unique.
These grapes, from our best blocks in northern Alentejo, harvested during the cool hours, early in the morning, were destemmed and submitted to cold maceration during 24 hours. Fermented at controlled temperatures in tanks and matured in fine lees. Fined, filtered and bottled to maintain its clean and crisp flavours.
Citric colour with golden reflexes. Complex aromas of grapefruit and lime. It reveals good structure and elegant palate with crisp fruit. Dry and long finish.
