The hand-picked fruit was sorted and totally destemmed on arrival at the winery and extended maceration. The fermentation occurred at 25ºC, during 8 days.
This ruby colored wine surprises with ripe red fruits aromas and chocolate hints. Soft and round on the palate, very well balanced.
