Carefully selected, grapes were harvested manually from the best plots at Herdade da Candeeira. The fermentation occurred in small vats at 25ºC and lasted for 8 days. The clear wine was racked then transferred into a combination of French barrels during 6 months.
Jam aromas, typical of warm climates, complexed by the ageing for 6 months in French oak. Showing greta structure in the mouth, due to its excellent deep and balanced tannins.
