The hand-picked fruit was sorted and totally destemmed on arrival at the winery and extended maceration. The fermentation occurred at 25ºC, during 8 days.
Red fruit and spicy aromas. On the palate, chocolate with the tannins well rounded, providing a balanced tasting. Long and complex finish.
