The grapes were picked in the cool hours of the morning to enhance freshness and primary aromas. The fruit was destemmed and gently pressed. The must was clarified then transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation occurred at low temperatures. During bottling was carbonated at 1 bar pressure.
Slightly bubbly. This is a fun, light-hearted wine meant to be taste young and fresh. The nose has expressive aromas of citrus and grapefruit. The tight crisp acidity is perfect balanced by the soft textural nature on the palate.
Delicious with a grilled vegetable salad with oregano, pork chops with mustard sauce or scallo and corn chowder. Perfect to apeetizers like spinach phinach pie or Twice cooked potatoes with caviar.
