From our best blocks, these grapes were picked in early morning. Total destemming and extended cold skin maceration. The clarified must fermented stainless steel vats. After filtration, the wine was bottled to keep the freshness and fruity character.
Citrus color. Floral aromas and tropical fruity flavours. On the palate leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness.
