Ancient traditions arising from the strength, the feelings and faith of its people, proud of their past, features Vinho Verde region. “Verde” means green, but that doesn’t describe the colour of the wine produced here. Instead, the name refers to the tradition of drinking Vinho Verde wines while they are young.

Our noble Loureiro and Azal grapes were picked in the cool of the morning to retain freshness and gently pressed. The must was clarified and fermented at low temperatures by selected yeasts. The wine is filtered and cold stabilized and carbonated during bottling.
Fizzy with citrus colour. Delicate citrus and melon aromas. Soft textured palate well balanced with crisp acidity on the finish
Slightly bubbly. Its refreshing characteristics will go nicely with spicy foods like barbecue or even lighter Asian dishes. Drinking Mau Maria by itself is always a great option.
