The hand-picked fruit was sorted and totally de-stemmed on arrival at the winery and extended maceration. The fermentation occurred at 25ºC, during 8 days.
Ruby colour. Generous red berries and plums with hints of spice and tobacco aromas. Warm and balanced palate where ripe blackcurrant flavours are combined with silky and smooth tannins.
