The grapes from our best blocks in north Alentejo, were picked early morning, desteamed and kept in cold maceration during 24h. The clarified must was fermented at controlled temperatures in steel vat. After clarification and filtration, was bottle to keep the freshness and fruity character.
Citrus fresh aromas and grapefruit with lemon grass and hints of lime. Palate with elegant and intense fruit, with minerality and fresh acidity at the end.
