In addition to producing Lisbon and Alentejo wines, Parras Wines also makes and bottles wines from other regions. With the incorporation of the Herdade da Candeeira into the Group, the Engineer Vera Moreira, Oenologist at Quinta do Gradil, began to divide her time between Lisbon and Alentejo. It is against this background that an internal reorganization in the structure of the Group has taken place and a working group has been established to follow closely what happens in the Douro, Dão and Tejo regions, on the Setúbal Peninsula and in the Vinho Verde Region.
Parras Partners is the name of this business unit, which maintains relationships with local producers from specific wine regions in the country, in order to meet the overall needs of the market.
It is this team, consisting of five experienced young people who have been working for the Group for many years under the supervision of Engineer António Ventura, that closely monitors the work of these local producers throughout the year, over the full cycle of the vine, from the rest period until harvest. This is how the company ensures the production of top quality beverages.
