Often produced from grapes from the broadest range of origins, the traditionally labelled table wine is today an option for all producers with appropriate technological processes and a technical team to control quality from the vineyard to packaging, which continues to ensure the quality of these products under the control of the Vineyard and Wine Institute (IVV).
